How does wood pellet cat litter work?

Wood pellets absorb moisture from your cat's litter tray. As they become wet, the pellets expand and gradually break down into sawdust while the unused pellets remain intact.

Remove solid waste regularly and remove or sift out the wet, broken-down litter as required. Simply top up the tray with fresh pellets to maintain a clean layer.

Unlike clumping cat litter, wood pellets do not form a solid clump when wet and do not stick to your cat's paws.

Is 15kg the right size for me?

Our litter is made from compressed mixed-hardwood pellets.

The pellets are ENplus A1 certified, a quality standard covering the manufacture and characteristics of wood pellets. ENplus A1 is a wood-fuel quality certification and does not specifically certify products for use as cat litter.
